Grid analysis

We conduct qualified tests of energy supply systems (low and high voltage).

We examine the power not only to the standard (EN 50 160, etc.) prescribed range up to 2,500 Hz, but beyond that up to 20 kHz.

It was found that more and more disturbances at frequencies > 2 kHz are available.

The customer receives of us a report after completing the measurements.

This includes:
• All measured variables as a chart or table
• Summary of results
• Recommendation on further measures

The report can be available in an bound or .pdf version.

The commissioning of our equipment can be carried out by our trained staff.

• Review and connecting the system

The repair service to restore the nominal condition and ensure the operational safety and function. Before carrying out a repair inspection is recommended to determine the extent of repair. The repair includes:

• Replacement of defective components in accordance with agreement
• Create and transfer of the inspection service protocol
• Re-commissioning of the plant
• Attaching the label inspection


Regular inspection prevent unforeseen failures

We recommend the implementation of a qualified review of our facilities more than two years after commissioning on an annual basis thereafter.

Reactive power compensation equipment are subject to high loads and therefore wear. Through preventive maintenance outages and costs can be avoided.

Our inspection includes:

• Review of the protective function
• Capacitance measurement of the individual capacitors with bridge
• High voltage insulation test 2.5 kV at 400 V mains voltage
• Thermographic review (by at least one hour duration)
• Examination of the unloading
• Review of all control functions
• Review of all bolted connections and electrical contacts
• Review and possibly cleaning the air supply
• General cleaning of the compensation system
• Creation of a service protocol per system cabinet

Replacement parts such as power factor controller, fuses and breakers are carried in our inspection operations and can, if necessary, after clarification of costs, to be replaced immediately.

We recommend an inspection can also perform a short-term network analysis to capture the state of grid quality and to determine whether the existing compensation is still sufficient or needs to be expanded.

With a grid analysis, we examine together with effective, apparent and reactive power and power factor, factors such as reactive power or harmonic distortion in voltage and current.
